Summary: Very nice hotel with wonderful flowers in the heart of Milan. Friendly staff. Nice rooms. Beautiful Spa. Good restaurant with very impressive wine list. Rooms could have a water cooker and coffee machine as standard and as in most hotel of this standard. Carpets are rather old. No separate shower. Room service is fast.

Summary: Great hotel, rooms are spacious, very clean. Classic interior. Staff really helpful and issues addressed immediately. Walking distance to the centre and great shuttle service by the hotel. Unmentioned voluntary staff contribution on the final receipt was an unpleasant surprise.
